Yes. You can try everything for 14 days without a credit card. After 14 days, you choose a plan or it stops automatically. Your data is preserved.

Is this including or excluding VAT?

All prices are excluding VAT. For self-employed workers, the VAT is deductible as business expenses.

Can I cancel monthly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. No contract, no notice period. You can stop any month. With annual payment you get 2 months free — but even then you can cancel mid-term with a refund of the remaining amount.

What if I need more than 3 or 10 users?

Is the investment worth it for a solo worker?

Do the math. If you save 4 hours per week on admin, that's €212 per week in billable hours (at €53/hour). Klusmaat costs €49-99 per month. The tool pays for itself in the first week.

What happens to my data if I stop?

Your data is yours. When canceling, you can export everything as PDF or CSV. After 30 days, your data is deleted — unless you ask to keep it longer.

Does Klusmaat work with my accountant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Klusmaat connects today with Moneybird and SnelStart. Your invoices are automatically synced and your accountant can view along. Twinfield and Exact Online are on the roadmap.

Can I deduct Klusmaat as business expenses?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Klusmaat costs are fully deductible as business expenses. The VAT is reclaimable. Discuss it with your accountant.
