Klusmaat B.V. ("Klusmaat", "we", "us") takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This privacy policy explains which data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

2. What data do we collect?
We collect the following personal data: contact details (name, email, phone number), company details (company name, address, KVK number), usage data (how you use our platform), technical data (IP address, browser type, device information), and communication data (messages sent via our platform).
3. Why do we collect this data?
We process your data for the following purposes: providing and improving our services, communicating with you about your account, sending appointment confirmations and reminders, generating invoices and quotes, compliance with legal obligations (such as tax regulations), and improving our AI systems.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on: execution of our agreement with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
5. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on secure servers within the EU via Supabase (PostgreSQL). We use encryption, role-based access control, and regular security audits. We do not store data longer than necessary for the purposes described.
6. Sharing with third parties
We only share your data with parties necessary for our services: Supabase (database hosting), Google Cloud (AI services), Clerk (authentication), Twilio (SMS/WhatsApp), and payment providers. All parties have signed data processing agreements.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, have your data deleted, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at info@klusmaat.ai.
